Where is my confirmation email?
After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive an email as soon your order has been dispatched. If you cannot find these emails please check your junk folder.
Where is my order?
Orders are dispatched first class via the Royal Mail and take 1/4 working days to arrive for UK residents. If you still have not received your order by the stated delivery time then email us at email@example.com. Please include your name and order number in the email.
Can I return my order?
Yes, returned items will be provided with store credit.
It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a store credit if:
- The item does not fit you,
- You are not satisfied with the quality,
- Or, you have simply changed your mind.
In order for us to be able to accept your return, it must meet the below requirements :
- The item is unworn and in original condition
- The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan). - The item is returned to us within 14 days from delivery date.
Unfortunately sale items, swimwear and bodysuits are all non-returnable.
We regret to inform you that any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return-shipping costs.
We always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.
All returns will be processed within 10 business days.
You must email firstname.lastname@example.org for the correct returns address before sending any item back.

How do I clean my products?
All products are hand-wash ONLY unless stated so on the label. This is because most of our products are made from delicate materials that are not suited to machine washes.
